Shipping Policy
At SipsCollection, we strive to prepare and dispatch your order within 2–3 business days after it’s been placed. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout, based on your selected shipping method. Please note that the estimated delivery times provided refer only to the shipping duration and do not include our fulfillment time — so please allow an extra 2–3 days on top of the delivery estimate.
Because tea is light but bulky, most couriers calculate shipping charges using volumetric weight — a method that considers the dimensions of the parcel, not just its actual weight. So while you may order just 250g of tea, the shipping cost may reflect a weight closer to 1.5kg.

Please note: The total shipment weight includes the pouch and oxygen absorber (if present), which adds approx. 5–10g for small pouches and 15–20g for larger ones. Most sample sizes do not include oxygen absorbers.
If your cart weighs over 5kg (including packaging) and is valued below S$50, you will not be able to check out. In this case, email us your cart at [email protected], and we’ll assist you with a custom shipping quote.
We do ship worldwide, but we cannot guarantee successful customs clearance in every country. We highly recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order. SipsCollection is not responsible for parcels rejected, delayed, or seized by customs. In such cases, we do not offer refunds.
All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means any customs duties or import taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. Orders within Singapore are not subject to duties or taxes.
Split Shipments
For large orders (e.g. over 500g of tea), we may split your parcel into multiple shipments to comply with size limits set by the courier. By checking the policy agreement box at checkout, you accept that we may divide your order at our discretion. Parcels shipped separately may not arrive at the same time, depending on the courier’s handling.
We’ll inform you via email before fulfillment if we plan to split your shipment. If you'd prefer not to have your order split, please reach out to [email protected] before your order is dispatched. Please note: additional shipping fees may apply in this case.
