Tea Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there are any issues with the tea you’ve received, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to help.

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds simply because you did not enjoy the taste of a tea. We recommend purchasing a sample size before committing to a larger quantity, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the tea. Our product listings also include tasting notes to guide your selection.

Teaware Returns

For teaware, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please try to use the original packaging when sending the item back, and make sure it’s securely packed to prevent damage. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier but you didn’t receive it, please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll investigate the situation and do what we can to assist.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please be aware that a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing charges from Shopify and our bank. To avoid this, please double-check your cart before confirming your purchase.
